Game rules
It is important to highlight that the following rules apply exclusively within the confines of the game and will not be applied beyond its boundaries.
1. Names:
a) Invalid Name Format
-Names that contain parts of sentences (except for guild names), badly formatted words or nonsensical combinations of letters.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
b) Offensive Name
-Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, harassing or generally objectionable.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
c) Name Containing Forbidden Advertising
-Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
d) Name Supporting Rule Violation
-Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Realesta rules.
Punishment: Banishment until player changes name.
2. Statements:
a) Spamming
-Excessively repeating identical or similar statements or using badly formatted or nonsensical text.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
b) Offensive Statement
-Insulting, racist, sexually related, harassing or generally objectionable statements.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
c) Off-Topic Public Statement
-Religious or political public statements or other public statements which are not related to the topic of the used channel or board.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
d) Disclosing Personal Data of Others
-Disclosing personal data of other people only within the server.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
e) Advertising
-Advertising brands, products, another servers or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money. This rule also applies to sending links containing other advertisements. Advertising not related to the purpose of the channel are also included here.
Punishment: Warning, Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
f) Hostile towards us
-The dissemination of false information is prohibited, as well as initiating propaganda about the server or engaging in any activities that could harm its reputation or contribute to a decrease in the player population.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
g) Hostile towards other players
-Killing players without reason or abusing the power on the server forcing other players to do things under threat of punishment with the intention to cause harm to the server's population or to the game in general.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
h) Destructive Bahaviour
-Writting false informations about the server at public channels, convincing other players to leave from the server.
-The actions of noob characters in guild wars, which aim to block or unknowingly gain frags.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
i) Threatening staff support
-Threatening, insulting, blackmailing somebody who belongs to staff support is punishable.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
3. Cheating:
a) Using Unofficial Software to Play
-Manipulating or modifying the official game client program in any way, abusing the official game client, using additional software like bots, taskers, macro to play the game or pretending to cheat to mislead other players on purpose.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
b) Bug Abuse
-Exploiting obvious errors of the game or any other part of our services.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
c) Multi Clienting
-Playing more than 3 characters per person.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
4. Trading:
a) Game Items Trading
-Offering virtual items in any of the Realesta worlds for real money or products of third parties.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
Punishment: In the case of large-scale trading, also cleaning all characters.
b) Account Trading
-Offering account data to other players, accepting other players account data. (Only auctions on the website are allowed)
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
c) Trading Points
-Selling/buying points, money or characters on/from another services than Realesta.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
Punishment: In the case of large-scale trading, also cleaning all characters.
d) Other Trading
-Selling/buying the rest of the various services or things for real money or for currency from outside the server.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
Punishment: In the case of large-scale trading, also cleaning all characters.
5. Reports:
a) False positive reports
-You may not making false positive and ingame questions in the rule violation channel(ctrl+r).
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
6. Blocking:
a) Intentional blocking
-Mass blocking of spawns or blocking NPC queues using "noob characters," whose main goal is not only to block but also to gain frags by forcing others to kill them. The so-called "defense" is excluded in this case.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
7. Other Abuses:
a) Hacking
-Stealing other players account or personal data.
Punishment: Banishment or deletion depending on the severity of the violation which reflects negatively on the entire account of the player in the future.
Payment rules
1. An internet browser and an internet connection are required for full use of the service.
2. When your transfer is booked (from credit cards and online banking from the list, it takes a few seconds), the appropriate amount of premium points will be added to your account. After a successful operation, your account is automatically topped up with a specified amount of premium points.
3. The user can exchange premium points for in-game items. The user does not become the owner of the items but only gains the right to use them. The owner of the items remains the administrator of the Realesta74.net server.
4. The administration is not responsible for the loss of items.
5. The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase.
6. Realera points are automatically sent after the transaction is booked by the bank.
7. Complaints can be submitted via email or on our forum. The complaint application will be processed within 14 days from submission.
8. In the event of account blocking or deletion due to a violation of the game rules, the user is not entitled to recover previously purchased premium points or items acquired by them.
