SW of thais depot is a set of flats, I only just made a characrter and went upstairs to sort hotkeys. There's no way down, not a clue if there's a command to suicide but I cannot suicide on my own fire bombs. GM Knoxx was online but AFK / not responding. Cannot even make a new character.

Working as intended? If so 3 minutes into starting here and it's looking pretty grim.
